Yes. A supportive bed with a comfortable mattress prevents your body from sagging when you are asleep, which in turn minimises the amount you toss and turn.

We are using a vast amount of upholstery fabrics every day. Most of our fabrics are woven using natural fibres so colours may differ ever so slightly from one batch to another. Slight variations are normal and what makes them lovely and your items unique to you. Please be assured that we work closely with our fabric suppliers to ensure that nothing too extreme gets through the net.

Yes. You can choose between matching fabric buttons or diamante buttons. You can choose when placing your order on the website.

Yes, but we would recommend against it. If you decide to assemble your items, please check all them at the time of delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any resultant damage. Small Single & Single: Your bed will arrive as one whole unit. 

Small Double, Double, King & Super King: Your bed will be delivered in two halves to make it easy and convenient to move around your home. 

Headboard: Your headboard is delivered as a separate piece and must be attached when assembling the bed. 

Yes. We provide you with everything you need to assemble the bed. The only tool you need is a screwdriver. 

Yes! You get a free 26-inch headboard with your bed in the same stunning design as the one pictured in the image above, you also have an option to upgrade to the 54-inch floor standing headboard.

The size of the headboard per bed so make sure to check the main features above to confirm the actual height. 

Yes. When choosing your specifications, simply go to the dropdown link below the Mattress selection and select the “No Mattress” option. 

Your products will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Please note that due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, there may be delivery delays. 

Yes. This item comes with a 1 year warranty. Our warranty protects your purchase from structural defects and manufacturing faults. Yes. Your safety is of the utmost importance to us and we ensure all our products conform to UK fire and safety regulations. 

Of course, that’s up to you. But you should change your mattress when it starts to wear – an old mattress will not support your body, and you will sleep badly and wake up with aches and pains.

Yes. Headboards and mattresses are treated as individual items and sold separately on this website unless if you are purchasing a divan bed, then it is included.

Unfortunately, we cannot take away and recycle your old furniture for several reasons, including insurance and health.

Yes, we offer free delivery to our standard mainland UK areas

Yes our delivery team do offer Weekend delivery but we don’t deliver on Bank Holidays, Easter, Black Friday, Christmas and New Years.

All your items will usually arrive at the same time. We will keep you fully informed if your order needs to be split across multiple deliveries.

An experienced 2-man Team will deliver your order.

These products will be delivered by a two- man delivery team. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address, if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only.

Unfortunately, we cannot take away and recycle your old furniture for several reasons, including insurance. 

Returns & Refunds:

Customers are able to cancel any order for a full refund if the order has not been placed into production. Once an order has been confirmed for delivery (with the customer), production will start. A customer can still cancel the order but there will be a 50% cancellation fee to cover the loss of committed raw materials, administration and processing time. Once your order is delivered we don't accept returns of made-to-order items unless they are faulty or we have delivered the wrong product.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process this immediately or once your goods arrive back at the warehouse. All refunds are issued back to the original method of payment. It may take up to 7 working days to reflect on your account.

If you believe your ordered items are faulty or incorrect please call our Customer Services Team on
within 7 days o0192f delivery. We will need you to send us photos of any areas of damage or imperfection to offer you a suitable course of action.
