Delivery information: 

Every order placed is important to us. We want our customers to feel fully supported throughout their entire experience with Bsspoke. 

It's a small way we can say thank you for your order.

Bsspoke offers a premium two-man delivery service with every order at no extra charge (UK mainland only).

However, some locations within the UK are currently excluded. 

We do not deliver to offshore locations including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Unfortunately, we are currently not delivering to the following postcodes:

IV, PH, AB, DD, KY, PA20+, KA27, LL53, LL60+, TR, PL, TQ, BT, FK8+ & PO31+

Delivery timelines

The delivery estimates quoted on this site are not guaranteed but can be used as reasonable expectation on when you should receive your order. We will do our utmost to meet our quoted timescales. Please note that delivery estimates differ according to product range and delivery location.

Divan bases, headboards and mattresses

Orders are scheduled and sent out for delivery directly after completion with an estimated delivery lead-time of 7 - 14 days. That's order receipt, manufacture & free delivery in a week. We can’t guarantee a specific date for delivery however we do offer the option to delay your delivery.

Sofas

Our handmade Sofas can take between 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the selected model and delivery postcode.

Considering access

It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home.

It is essential that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed and consider the route our delivery team will take to get it there.

Missed Delivery

If we attempt to deliver when no one is home, our courier will leave a card through your door letting you know what to do next. 

Can I rearrange my delivery after a missed delivery?

Yes. After a missed delivery the courier will contact you to arrange another day for delivery. However, you must be available anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM to receive your goods.

I missed the courier. What do I do?

If you miss the courier’s delivery attempt, we will charge £60 to redeliver your order.

If the courier does not deliver the item and returns the package back to us, we will issue you with a refund, however there will be £60 charge by the courier to cover the return of the item.
